Our Family Story
For over 100 years, the Winnicki family has supplied the community with fresh produce, berries, meat and hay from our family farm right here on Chamberlin Hill Road. You may remember Sal's grandfather, Tony, at the Menands market on those early summer mornings before work in the 1960's and 70's. Or maybe his Uncle Tommy's produce stand on Best Luther Road. You may have bought hay or beef from one of Sal's cousins, or more recently bought raspberries and produce from the roadside stand at his grandparents house on Luther Road when he was a child. The Winnicki family has a deep rooted connection in feeding the community.
Today, Sal continues the tradition with the same commitment to hand-nurtured quality and sustainable farming. Every tree at the farm is planted by hand and grown with care, ensuring that the centerpiece of your holiday is as resilient as the family that raised it. He invites you to walk the fields and become part of the story that the Winnicki's have been writing for over a century.
